About the position

The Senior Data Engineer will work in a highly motivated team environment, responsible for collecting, managing, and converting raw data into interpretable information for data scientists, business intelligence developers, and business analysts. The role aims to help the organization utilize data for performance evaluation and optimization, while adhering to best practices and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and overall day-to-day support to the organization.
• Support a high-performing agile delivery team consisting of onsite and offshore members.
• Use effective communication and presentation skills to communicate concepts and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Monitor and organize the efforts of technical and business support staff.
• Manage projects according to milestones and complete tasks assigned by more experienced analysts and managers.
• Guide the efforts of less experienced team members.
• Develop data warehousing applications and leverage multiple data sources, including SAP S4HANA and Non-SAP Databases.
• Champion continual quality improvement consistent with the company's core values.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of experience as an Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Developer.
• Data warehouse experience (at least 5 years).
• Strong SQL experience (at least 5 years).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Ability to interact well with user base, development teams, and other technical team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with load optimization for Informatica batch processes.
• Experience in querying and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
