This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 19500 IH 10 W San Antonio, TX 78257. We offer 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. Positions in this function include operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and Network Operations. The lead role may include review and verification of work of lower level employees. Moderate work experience within own function is expected, with some work completed without established procedures. Basic tasks are completed without review by others, while supervision and guidance are required for higher level tasks. The role requires applying knowledge and skills to activities that often vary from day to day, demonstrating a moderate level of knowledge and skills in the function. The candidate should require little assistance with standard and non-standard requests, solve routine problems independently, and work with a supervisor to solve more complex problems. Prioritizing and organizing work to meet agreed upon deadlines while working collaboratively with others as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and Network Operations.
  • Review and verify work of lower level employees in a lead role.
  • Complete moderate work experience within own function.
  • Perform basic tasks without review by others and require supervision for higher level tasks.
  • Apply knowledge and skills to activities that often vary from day to day.
  • Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function.
  • Solve routine problems independently and work with supervisor to solve more complex problems.
  • Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Collaborate and work with others as part of a team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience, OR working with database management, data entry OR data management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic phone, filing and typing skills
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm from Monday- Friday onsite in our San Antonio office, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need.
