About the position

The Senior Data Governance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring effective workforce management through the execution of monitoring processes and the preparation of analyses for staffing adequacy sessions. This position involves contributing to reporting and insights regarding workforce planning, risk mitigation, and process accuracy, while also engaging with management committees and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Execute monitoring process as defined
• Prepare analysis/input for quarterly check and challenge staffing adequacy sessions, enhancing existing materials
• Contribute to reporting and insights around status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board and regulators
• Own processes that ensure workforce planning framework related to monitoring and process are effectively applied, with checkpoints throughout the process to mitigate risks and inaccuracies and their potential downstream impacts

Requirements

• Experience in data governance and workforce management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare detailed reports
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with management and regulators
• Proficiency in monitoring processes and risk mitigation strategies
