Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and customer satisfaction by optimizing product assortment using data science.
- Solve complex problems and build predictive models to tailor product offerings to customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address business challenges using statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Deliver high visibility projects for key strategic priorities within the Retail Analytics team.
- Utilize cloud capabilities to build innovative advanced analytics solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience programming in Python.
- Experience using applied statistics and machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets, analyzing data, and extracting meaningful insights.
- Strong understanding of statistical data analysis.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with optimization tools.
- Understanding of assortment concepts such as substitutes, complements, and demand transfer.
