About the position

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models aimed at solving complex business challenges and enhancing data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment of AI/ML solutions with business objectives, mentoring junior data scientists, and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and AI models.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior data scientists and share expertise on best practices.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML techniques and apply them to real-world problems.
• Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong background in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and deploying models to production.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
