About The Position
MediaAlpha is a customer acquisition solutions provider powered by technology and data science. The company provides industry-leading solutions designed to reach consumers shopping within high-consideration categories such as property and casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, personal finance, travel, education, and more. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Analyst to join our Analytics Team. This role will report directly to our VP of Business Analytics and support multiple business units by delivering top-tier analytical insights aligned with our strategic goals. As an individual contributor, you will drive the development and implementation of analytical components within our technology platform. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to design and integrate sophisticated algorithms and features and streamline reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to our strategic initiatives.
