About the position

The Senior Business Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role within the MerchOps Business Intelligence team, focusing on delivering data-driven solutions to enhance the Merchandising organization's objectives. This position involves collaboration with various cross-functional partners and IT teams to ensure effective implementation of comprehensive solutions, particularly in areas such as Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations.
• Engage with IT teams to understand key merchandising and BI applications.
• Gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that improve processes and provide visibility.
• Prioritize requests spanning projects, enhancements, ad-hoc needs, documentation, and system testing with MerchOps BI leadership.
• Participate in training and skill development in GCP, Python, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret business requirements.
• Experience with backend technologies such as HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in front-end tools like Tableau and WEBI.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with GCP, Python, and Power BI for evolving team needs.
