We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Visualization Developer to join our team for a long-term project with our partner, PA Client. This role is crucial for developing and implementing data visualization solutions that will help our client make informed decisions based on their data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data visualization tools and technologies, particularly Power BI and Cognos, as well as a strong background in database management and SQL programming. As a Senior Data Visualization Developer, you will be responsible for designing and creating interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into visual representations that are both informative and user-friendly. Your expertise in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL will be essential in extracting and manipulating data from various sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, familiarity with Azure services will be beneficial as you may be required to integrate cloud-based data solutions into your visualizations. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You must be willing to relocate to the Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg, PA area or commute to the client office a few days a week.
