About The Position
As a member of the Data Governance and Analytics team, the Senior Database Architect will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing data structures and tables, and recommending architecture for ETL/ELT pipelines from/to on-prem and cloud data sources. The Senior Database Architect will work closely with the development teams, DBA and business stakeholders to understand business outcomes and requests and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements. The Senior Database Architect will apply knowledge of SQL, t-SQL, stored procedures, and ETL/ELT to perform PoCs (proof of concept) to ensure the validity of proposed solutions. The Database Architect will work closely with other members of the Enterprise Applications & Data (EAD) team to understand and implement roadmap initiatives to drive business outcomes.
