About the position

The Senior De-Risking Program Manager for Seller Trust at Amazon is responsible for managing the implementation of compliance regulations affecting third-party sellers. This role involves identifying and mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the seller experience. The position requires strong communication skills and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve a high level of seller GMS de-risking, with a target of 95% pre-enforcement compliance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, define, plan and manage the rollout of program features and enhancements for the de-risking process and tools.
• Own the creation and alignment of seller enforcement strategy for high-impact regulations across legal and policy programs.
• Work with global account management teams to drive seller outreach and de-risking goals.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of initiatives, utilizing metrics to identify issues and trends.
• Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders in the US, China, and EU, including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Customer Trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of regulatory and risk management experience.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders across multiple stores and functions.
