Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy scalable systems for tracking and analyzing deal performance globally.
  • Create comprehensive deal playbooks focused on best practices and key performance indicators.
  • Document best practices and insights from successful deals through case studies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and optimize deal structures and strategies.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost savings through strategic analysis.
  • Create financial models to standardize deal offerings and improve deal economics.
  • Project-manage the design and implementation of automated solutions to streamline the deal-making process.
  • Standardize deal workflows and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or relevant substitute experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues and propose solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions with limited information.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with differing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
