About the position

The Senior Demand Generation / Performance Marketing Manager at Switchlist.io is a pivotal role responsible for building and executing demand generation programs from the ground up. This position involves optimizing performance marketing strategies, enhancing website user experience, and driving new customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on scalable and repeatable marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop all demand generation programs and paid marketing from scratch.
• Optimize website UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Contribute to overall marketing, brand, and communications efforts.
• Manage day-to-day coordination of integrated campaigns, including mapping objectives, executing, testing, and optimizing campaigns, and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Create campaign ideas and experiments that drive perpetual awareness and demand.
• Develop, manage, and attribute word-of-mouth programs (referral, influencer, affiliate).
• Manage the budget to deliver maximum ROI and value for spend.
• Coordinate and plan for future marketing and customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing with at least 3 years in demand generation/performance marketing.
• Experience hiring, managing, and evaluating freelancers.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Extended experience in a digital marketing environment.
• Experience in B2B and/or MarTech companies is strongly desired.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven.
• Demonstrated excellence in written communications, project management, and time management.
