About the position

The candidate will support Demand and Operation Planner(s) in managing hardware demand and fulfillment tasks, focusing on product forecasts and spare product planning. The role emphasizes achieving timely delivery for vehicle implementation and ensuring adequate supply to meet operational needs and engineering milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Demand and Operation Planner(s) with hardware demand collection and management.
  • Develop and communicate product forecasts for the organization.
  • Analyze and forecast spare product needs to support operations.
  • Facilitate collection of hardware demands from multiple sources.
  • Validate and drive collected demand to approval through established processes.
  • Load and manage approved hardware demand into the LN ERP system efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare reviews, reports, and statuses of approved and loaded demand for customers and supply chain teams.
  • Manage delivery timelines of hardware and goods to prevent blocking key activities.
  • Coordinate customer delivery with the inventory and shipping team after receipt.
  • Organize review meetings and metrics for spares health and statuses with customer and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to track on-time delivery and updates for needed products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably INFOR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Any ERP experience (preferably INFOR experience).
