About the position

The Senior Demand Planner at Smurfit Westrock is responsible for managing and interpreting demand planning for the ANZ business. This full-time role involves facilitating the demand planning process, providing insights for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and ensuring the effectiveness of the demand planning system. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the demand planning process for the WestRock ANZ business.
• Provide demand information for Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Own and ensure the effectiveness of the demand planning system.
• Construct a consensus rolling 12-24 months Sales Plan for Australia/NZ.
• Present demand planning information on a monthly basis.
• Perform administrative tasks related to data collation, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in demand planning and demand forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge in S&OP management is highly regarded but not essential.
