About the position

Highridge Medical is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to ensure seamless coordination of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain activities. This role is crucial for optimizing supply chain processes and requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and collaboration across teams to meet financial growth targets and improve forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical methods and software for demand planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to gather demand forecasts and market insights.
• Partner with finance to align demand plans with financial growth targets by brand.
• Improve the forecasting process for the EMEA region.
• Generate accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• Monitor and evaluate the accuracy of demand forecasts, adjusting as necessary.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review demand and supply planning updates.
• Participate in the implementation and enhancement of supply chain planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Experience with statistical forecast software required.
• Proficient experience with data management and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MS Office applications, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Medical Device experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with regular demand planning processes including marketing reviews and DCR.
