In this role, you will report to the Manager of Trade Customization and will be based at Kenvue's corporate headquarters in Skillman, NJ, which is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in early 2025. The position requires up to 10% travel. You will be responsible for developing SKU-level operational forecasts for Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Clean & Clear Face Care products within the Skin Health portfolio. This will involve coordinating the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality. You will interact regularly with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, and Supply Planning. Your analysis will include historical order and shipment data, current POS trends, trade inventory data, and promotional activity information to create the most accurate demand plans for both new and existing products. Additionally, you will quantify and communicate forecast gaps, lead cross-functional forecast reviews in accordance with IBP process standards, and maintain responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics. You will also identify areas for improvement and be an integral member of the Neutrogena squad, leading supply chain inventory/SLOB analytics, shaping portfolio optimization, and participating in squad activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level operational forecasts for Neutrogena, Aveeno, and Clean & Clear Face Care products within the Skin Health portfolio.
• Coordinate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality.
• Interact regularly with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, and Supply Planning.
• Analyze historical order and shipment data, current POS trends, trade inventory data, and promotional activity information to develop demand plans.
• Quantify and communicate forecast gaps leading cross-functional forecast reviews in accordance with IBP process standards.
• Maintain responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics and identify areas of improvement.
• Lead supply chain inventory/SLOB analytics and shape portfolio optimization as an integral member of the Neutrogena squad.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years business experience is required.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain management or supporting supply chain, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, customer service, and/or planning.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (i.e., vLookups, pivot tables) is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and work independently while demonstrating initiative is required.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Intermediate knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Forecasting experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Consumer industry or other FDA regulated industry is preferred.
• APICS certification is preferred.
• Lean, Six-Sigma or Process Excellence training and/or certification is preferred.
