As a Senior Project Architect based in Austin, Texas, you'll function as a Team Leader for assigned design projects, serving as the primary point of contact with clients. You will develop and maintain internal and external client networks and serve as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations. Your role will involve guiding others forward, participating in directing growth and strategic planning as part of the Company's management team. This opportunity will entail securing, assigning, and maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver projects while maintaining quality. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will implement and maintain effective communication to the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full project delivery. Controlling scope and cost to the project baseline will be crucial, as will ensuring that the obligations between the Client and the Company are fulfilled.
