About the position

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Industrial Designer to join its Equipment Innovation Center eXperience Design Team. This role focuses on providing innovative design solutions and project management for Coca-Cola's coolers, dispensing, and vending platforms. The position emphasizes collaboration with a diverse network of partners and stakeholders to enhance user experiences and ensure the successful execution of creative design projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial design solutions and project management for Coca-Cola's equipment categories.
• Ensure planning and execution of assigned creative design projects and initiatives.
• Support the development of new user experience innovations and hardware design explorations.
• Deliver equipment innovation and user experiences that align with the Equipment Visual Identity System.
• Collaborate with multiple suppliers globally to realize design visions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design.
• Two or more years of experience in industrial design.
• Proficiency in hand-sketching and problem-solving.
• Experience with concept creation and development.
• Familiarity with 2D tools (e.g., Adobe CC) and 3D CAD tools.
• Experience in prototyping and getting hardware products to market.
• Technical and manufacturing know-how.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in design and detailing of cosmetic parts in metals and plastics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across a network of colleagues and partners.
