Senior DevOps Engineer/Architect

About the position

The Senior DevOps Engineer/Architect position is focused on enhancing CI/CD pipelines, migrating orchestration tools to GitHub, managing containerized deployments, and working with cloud platforms. The role requires optimizing existing workflows for efficiency and reliability, particularly in the context of Docker-based deployments, likely using Kubernetes or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). The candidate will also work with a tech stack that includes Java, Node.js, Typescript, and React, along with tools such as GitHub Actions and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Enhance CI/CD Pipelines: Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and reliability.
• Orchestration with GitHub: Migrate from legacy tools to GitHub for CI/CD.
• Containerized Deployments: Manage Docker-based deployments (likely via Kubernetes or PCF).
• Cloud Platform: Work with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry); Azure DevOps is a plus.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, with 5+ years hands-on in CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines (migration experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a bonus.
• Exposure to Adobe CMS (secondary).
