About the position

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the seamless deployment and scalability of microservices across various cloud platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of network communication and infrastructure automation, with a focus on optimizing cloud network latency and enhancing service performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Nomad
• Maintain microservices across cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues

Requirements

• 5+ years DevOps experience preferred
• Experience building infrastructure using Terraform
• Experience deploying with Hashicorp Nomad and with Docker
• Familiarity with multiple cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform) required
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated knowledge of network communication to optimize interconnectivity and minimize latency
• Ability to self-motivate and be accountable and reliable
• AWS/Cloud networking latency/optimization experience
