About the position

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the DevOps processes, particularly focusing on Salesforce deployments and release management. This position requires extensive experience in collaborating with development teams and subject matter experts to ensure smooth design, development, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline automation and orchestration, as well as the ability to support post-deployment activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working on DevOps
• 5+ years experience on Salesforce Deployments and DevOps / Release Management
• Collaborating with developers and SMEs during design, development, data migration, Salesforce environment management, and deployments
• Expertise with branching strategies, version control, pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing tools like Git, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, GitHub, etc
• Experience implementing complex Salesforce DevOps pipeline for Salesforce releases
• Supporting post deployment activities, including Data load, Code Comparison and Data backup
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
• Good Communication skills and Client facing skills

Requirements
