About the position

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Booz Allen, you will play a crucial role in modernizing IT infrastructures for our clients. Your expertise in setting up cloud environments and provisioning computer networking, storage, and virtual networks will be essential as you help clients harness the power of the cloud. Responsibilities

• Set up and manage cloud environments for clients.
• Provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configurations.
• Establish or provision virtual machines and networks using cloud service providers.
• Develop, deploy, and manage IT infrastructures for server and network components.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with DevOps pipeline tools and technologies, including Docker, Chef, Jenkins, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
• Experience working with AWS technologies.
• Proficiency with command line in Linux or UNIX.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with systems administration in both Windows and Linux systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Possession of Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification.
• AWS Associate or Azure Intermediate Certification.
