About the position

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in managing Salesforce deployments and release management processes. This position requires extensive experience in DevOps practices, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, to ensure efficient and effective deployment strategies. The role involves collaboration with developers and subject matter experts to facilitate design, development, and data migration activities, while also supporting post-deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working on DevOps
• 5+ years experience on Salesforce Deployments and DevOps/Release Management
• Collaborating with developers and SMEs during design, development, data migration, Salesforce environment management, and deployments
• Expertise with branching strategies, version control, pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing tools like Git, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, GitHub, etc
• Experience implementing complex Salesforce DevOps pipeline for Salesforce releases
• Supporting post-deployment activities, including Data load, Code Comparison and Data backup
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
• Good Communication skills and Client facing skills

Requirements

• Salesforce Release Management/Salesforce Platform Development
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in DevOps
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Deployments and DevOps/Release Management
• Expertise with branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation
• Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, GitHub
• Experience implementing complex Salesforce DevOps pipeline
• Good communication and client-facing skills
