SAIC is seeking a proven Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Cloud) to join the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) Cloud Enterprise Technology Services (CETS) program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to evaluate and potentially re-invent how the Army delivers IT services, leveraging data and analytics to meet mission requirements. The CETS program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) for the Army ECMA, supporting the overall strategy and migration to the cARMY environment up to Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level (IL) 6. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Cloud), you will play a crucial role in delivering support to the warfighting mission through cutting-edge cloud application migration and business process refinement for the US Army. This position is contingent upon contract award, which is expected in February 2025. In this role, you will design, deploy, operate, and maintain secure Cloud products and services within a Cloud-based environment, enabling development teams to deliver features efficiently. You will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/integration infrastructure, providing Source Control Management/Documentation, and creating and maintaining fully automated CI build processes for multiple environments. Your responsibilities will also include writing, building, and deploying scripts, supporting CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance, as well as supporting full automation of CI/testing. You will work closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms. Your role will involve providing guidance and applying agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices to streamline product delivery and ensure reliable operations. Continuous identification of opportunities to automate and save time will be a key aspect of your work.
