About the position

The Korea and Taiwan Patriot Program Manager at RTX Corporation is responsible for overseeing the execution of contracts and managing proposals for new business opportunities within the Taiwan and Korea Patriot portfolio. This role involves ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, driving business performance metrics, and facilitating communication with senior leadership and customers. The position requires a strong focus on program management excellence and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop Gate reviews (primarily Gates 4, 5 and 11)
  • Accountable for AOP forecast inputs on programs managed, including quarterly EACs
  • Responsible for driving sustained improvements across critical business metrics such as AOP, EACs, Risk & Opportunity, and EVMS
  • Develop and implement execution strategy for programs managed
  • Communicate and present information to senior leadership
  • Work closely with the broader Program Team on the development of processes and CORE projects
  • Collaborate with Patriot Product Line on proposal development and task execution
  • Manage customer requests with key internal stakeholders in support of timely responses
  • Support meetings with key customer stakeholders from USG and end-users as required
  • Support business travel up to once a quarter (OCONUS and CONUS as required)

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience with EVMS on a program or experience as a CAM
  • Experience with generating and presenting EACs
  • Experience with proposal activities
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with external Customers (USG, FMS partners, end-users, etc.)
  • Experience with the Patriot product line
  • PM Certified Level 6 or 5 (or equivalent)
  • Import/ Export knowledge and/or experience in licensing processes
  • Knowledge navigating established organizations and working with stakeholders across the company to develop solutions for program challenges
