About the position

The ServiceNow Developer position at Capgemini involves leveraging extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow modules to implement and customize solutions. Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow modules, particularly in Customer Service Management.
• Develop custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide Systems, for platform configurations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, OAUTH, and Integration Hub.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and LDAP within ServiceNow.
• Manage platform upgrades and ensure system stability.
• Create and manage Service Portal components such as Widgets and UI pages.
• Lead projects to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and custom app development.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations, including Business Rules and Workflows.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Edge Encryption and configuring encryption rules in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agent Workspace in ServiceNow.
• Experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
