About the position

As a Senior Digital and Field Marketing Specialist at Expedia Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and executing digital marketing campaigns across the LATAM and NORAM regions. Your primary focus will be on utilizing various channels such as email, SEM, and display advertising to drive new travel agent sign-ups for the Expedia TAAP booking tool and encourage existing agents to book more frequently. This position is part of the central marketing team, where you will collaborate closely with local sales teams to ensure that the campaigns align with their business needs and objectives. In this dynamic role, you will be expected to challenge the status quo and continuously seek opportunities for improvement in campaigns and processes. Your approach will be data-centric, employing a 'test and learn' methodology to optimize performance. You will take ownership of outcomes, efficiently identifying barriers and addressing them. Your ability to create and execute impactful marketing plans that align with overall business goals will be crucial. You will also need to be adept at identifying trends and critiquing performance with a positive mindset, ensuring that your strategies are results-driven. The ideal candidate will possess strong storytelling and copywriting skills, enabling you to curate and deliver compelling narratives around products that resonate with external partners. You will thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality projects within agreed timeframes. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across LATAM and NORAM.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to develop the right marketing campaign mix for acquisition and frequency marketing.
  • Plan and implement email marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across a cross-functional organization.
  • Support webinars and organize events as needed.
  • Engage prospects and customers using various marketing channels including SEM, display advertising, and emails.
  • Run seasonal merchandising campaigns to boost bookings in your regions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and impact, providing post-campaign reports with recommendations.
  • Work with internal teams on campaign creation, messaging, content development, and design for local campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally across LATAM and NORAM markets.
  • Experience in delivering impactful cross-channel campaigns end-to-end in a large organization.
  • Understanding of Marketo is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and knowledge of other paid media channels such as Social and Display is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
