As a Senior Digital Channel Marketing Specialist at Capital Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing landscape of the organization. This position requires a hands-on approach to both email and web marketing, where you will collaborate with various teams to design, build, and manage integrated digital experiences across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on driving strategy for channel innovation, executing projects and campaigns, and utilizing a data-driven methodology to enhance client experiences. You will be recognized as the subject matter expert for digital channels, leveraging your extensive knowledge of the business, audience, lifecycle, and technology to create compelling sales and marketing customer experience (CX) journeys that foster engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying integrated digital marketing solutions that encompass both email and web platforms. This includes creating customized and relevant digital experiences and campaigns using Salesforce and Adobe technologies. Your advanced skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Journey Builder will be essential for designing and implementing digital journeys and campaigns, which will involve email template development, campaign automation, audience segmentation, and content personalization. Additionally, you will utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Target, and Analytics to apply design and UI/UX principles in creating and launching web pages, landing pages, and broader microsite experiences, ensuring content personalization and effective audience targeting. As a senior-level strategist, you will align web and email production with the company's strategic goals, measuring and driving channel and journey performance through data analysis, tracking, reporting, optimization, and experimentation. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities and understanding customer behavior, allowing you to design and build effective sales and marketing CX journeys that drive engagement.
