The Senior Digital Content Writer/Digital Copywriter role at Roth Staffing Companies involves creating compelling content for the IT and SaaS industries. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies to engage target audiences within the technology and SaaS sectors.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
  • Create compelling social media content to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Implement SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp), ensuring content is tailored for different stages of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with business objectives and key messaging.
  • Analyze and report on content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive content strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital content writing, with a focus on technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of producing SEO-driven content that improves organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data-driven content creation and content optimization tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
