About the position

The Senior Digital Creative Development Specialist at Highmark Health is responsible for designing, coding, and managing digital advertising campaigns that incorporate advanced interactive features. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, utilizing a hybrid skill set to deliver quick-turn projects. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring brand integrity and consistency across all digital marketing channels while leading efforts to optimize processes and enhance the learning experience through innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design original content and components based on brand standards using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Utilize software development and user experience principles to create interactive digital solutions.
• Perform full stack development to manipulate data for dynamic digital advertisements.
• Monitor and uphold brand integrity across all campaigns and document best practices.
• Lead and champion best processes for the Digital Marketing channel.
• QA all assets prior to release and approve final assets before launch.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for digital marketing optimization.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences through innovative tactics and tools.
• Analyze data on live assets and communicate iterations with creative leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Communication Design, or related degree.
• 7 years of front-end development and ad building experience.
• 7 years of experience with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/JSON or equivalent software.
• 5 years of experience with Rich Media advertising in Google Advertising Programmatic Platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of prior agency experience.
• Professional experience using technology, tools, and AI in a Marketing function.
