About the position

As a Senior Digital Creative Producer at NIKE, Inc., you will lead the creative process from concept to digital execution, collaborating with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires a balance of project management expertise and strong communication skills to navigate the complexities of creative delivery while fostering relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end creative process for digital experiences.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, planning, integrated media, and digital teams to define project scope, budget, and timing.
  • Track and manage creative workstreams, proactively removing obstacles and protecting creative intent.
  • Assist in onboarding new digital producers and drive existing processes.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of standards and best practices to streamline operations.
  • Intake marketing briefs and define end-to-end scope and timeline, including creative development and digital production needs.
  • Track budget and deliverables throughout the creative project lifecycle.
  • Develop and communicate timelines, deliverables, and project plans to teams and partners.
  • Partner with Nike procurement on external partner collaboration and production standards.
  • Contact and scope projects with production partners and agencies, attending photoshoots as needed.
  • Own the initiation and setup of Figma project folders and files.
  • Support creatives by procuring existing assets and tracking changes during the creative process.
  • Attend and facilitate stakeholder creative reviews, ensuring clear feedback to the creative team.
  • Conduct audits post-launch and log identified issues.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management and process excellence.
  • Knowledge of photography, motion, and post-production.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design or agency-side project management.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams, focusing on skill development.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in delivering consumer-facing digital work.
  • Experience managing workstreams in Mac OSX, Adobe CS, Figma, Keynote, and project management tools like Airtable.
  • Working knowledge of social channels, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to manage external partners and build relationships in the creative industry.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, budget planning, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation development.
  • Experience in cross-functional partnership for project completion.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
