About the position

As a Senior Digital Creative Producer at Nike, you will lead the creative process for digital experiences within the North America Brand Planning & Operations organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to define project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring that creative work is delivered on time and meets the established brief. You will manage creative workstreams, proactively address obstacles, and support the onboarding of new digital producers while driving process improvements and leveraging tools for project management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end creative process for digital experiences.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, planning, integrated media, and digital teams to define project scope, budget, and timing.
  • Track and manage creative workstreams, proactively removing obstacles and protecting creative intent.
  • Assist in onboarding new digital producers and partner with operations leadership to improve processes.
  • Participate in developing and documenting standards and best practices to streamline operations.
  • Intake marketing briefs and define end-to-end scope and timeline for projects.
  • Track budget and deliverables throughout the creative project lifecycle.
  • Develop and communicate timelines, deliverables, and project plans to teams and partners.
  • Partner with Nike procurement to ensure consistency in production standards across teams.
  • Scope projects with production partners and agencies, attending photoshoots as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to Nike production best practices and manage Figma project folders.
  • Support creatives by procuring assets, tracking changes, and resolving questions during the creative process.
  • Facilitate stakeholder creative reviews and ensure clear feedback to the creative team.
  • Package and deliver final files to partners and conduct post-launch audits.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management and process excellence.
  • Knowledge of photography, motion, and post-production.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design or agency-side project management.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams, focusing on skill development of junior teammates.
  • Portfolio showcasing experience in delivering consumer-facing digital work.
  • Experience managing workstreams in Mac OSX, Adobe CS, Figma, Keynote, and project management tools like Airtable.
  • Working knowledge of social channels, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to manage external partners and build relationships in the creative industry.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, budget planning, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation development.
  • Experience in cross-functional partnerships for project completion.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment and make judgment calls as needed.
  • Experience building relationships and understanding cultural differences.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
