Medica's Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting digital data across all digital touchpoints, while also managing the configuration of campaign marketing data. This position is essential for fusing data from various sources to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. The Analyst will utilize advanced skills in Business Intelligence tools to create and maintain interactive dashboards, providing key stakeholders with clear and impactful data visualizations and analyses. Furthermore, the role involves managing tagging to ensure accurate data tracking and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product management, to align data strategies with business goals. Key accountabilities for this position include data management and analysis, optimization and insights, data extraction and manipulation, collaboration and communication, customer data integration and modeling, as well as tag management, campaign measurement, and reporting. The Senior Data Analyst will also support customer data modeling and integration, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.
