The Senior Digital Designer (VSP/PT) at CenterWell is responsible for creating, executing, developing, and maintaining digital design elements across various platforms. The designer will develop innovative user-centered design solutions for websites and mobile apps to drive user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible and visually appealing interfaces
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure designs align with product strategy
- Identify opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with design leaders to evolve our design language
- Maintain design standards, guidelines and systems
- Conduct user research, analyzing behaviors and motivations
- Mentor Junior Designers, fostering growth and expertise
- Work with engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Communicate design decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 or more years of technical experience
Nice-to-haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (i.e. design related field of study)
- Healthcare experience
- Experience working on digital products (i.e. websites and mobile apps)
