About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing and Operations Specialist at Milliman's IntelliScript division is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and overseeing website and social media management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and operational efficiency, contributing to the growth and success of the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels.
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Own the WordPress website, making updates, recommending improvements, and liaising with vendors.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines and track performance.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across all relevant platforms.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee project intake and management, campaign operations, and metrics, ensuring email governance.
  • Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality deliverables and project timelines.
  • Oversee tools such as WordPress, Salesforce, Zoom, Jira/Confluence, and Semrush.
  • Develop test and learn plans to enable rapid experimentation to increase the effectiveness of email programs and campaigns.
  • Evaluate KPIs for measuring success against organizational goals and produce regular reports detailing successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, and digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
