Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP accounts, ensuring client services are performed well and on time.
• Collaborate with clients and their staff to make strategic decisions and necessary pivots.
• Work with internal services teams to strategize for client needs.
• Identify areas where client services are lacking and propose solutions, including service upgrades.
• Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with clients.
• Over-communicate with clients regarding work performed and results achieved.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
• Experience working with Law Firm clients is a must.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies for the legal industry.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
• Keen eye for detail to identify areas of improvement.
• Solid organization skills for managing tasks effectively.
• Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of the role.
