About the position

LeafLink is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to enhance awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement for its Banking product. This role involves building, delivering, and measuring B2B integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish, requiring a strong background in B2B lead generation and marketing data interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for the banking product.
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Own and develop the content strategy for the banking product, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to test and evolve messaging aligned with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing operations to maintain accurate reporting for banking campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Analyze metrics regularly to inform strategy and report on campaign performance to the marketing team and leadership.
  • Leverage understanding of the banking customer journey to create targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to influence changes that increase product adoption and customer retention.
  • Equip Sales partners with tools to connect with leads, measure lead quality, and help grow their business.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and create automation to scale impact.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for banking demand and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of significant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology, banking, or cannabis industries.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics, with a history of improving conversion and velocity.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Calibermind, with the ability to create dashboards and analyze campaign performance.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, capable of creating engaging content and simplifying complex ideas.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (email, social media, website) and tools such as Hubspot, WordPress, and Salesforce.
  • Experience partnering across key marketing functions and stakeholders for holistic campaign assembly.
