About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager for the Equine business unit will lead digital marketing efforts to enhance brand equity and drive sales. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The position is pivotal in executing strategies that align with brand objectives and optimizing digital presence through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, measure and optimize effective digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Set up and own certain campaigns, managing agencies for others.
  • Act as strategic lead to ensure consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Partner with Corporate Digital Marketing to set KPIs and optimize paid campaigns.
  • Manage timelines for content creation and digital projects.
  • Lead eCommerce enhanced content creation for major retailers.
  • Own Google search and manage Google Analytics to understand online digital experience.
  • Manage website CMS activities and user experience updates.
  • Leverage Hubspot data for audience segmentation in email marketing.
  • Create landing pages for promotional activities linked to QR codes.
  • Use data analytics to measure and report on marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, media planning, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of best practices in SEM, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Understanding of Google products including GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative minds and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working with complex cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional project management and people skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and focus on execution amid ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, media, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Ability to break down marketing strategies into tactical tasks.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Equine background is a plus.
