Our digital marketing team is key to ensuring our digital estate is optimised for performance across the Nucleus group, providing the best customer journeys and delivering a superior user experience across the digital estate. In the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll manage a team of digital experts and be responsible for maintaining the core digital infrastructure and processes that allow the marketing team to work effectively and optimise its performance. You'll have responsibility for the marketing technology stack and expert knowledge about how best to utilise it for optimum marketing success. The stack should be evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure the business has the correct marketing technology in place and each element of the stack is delivering value. You will drive continuous improvement within the marketing team and be responsible for developing and automating the operational processes and workflows that will remove roadblocks and promote efficiencies across the full end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead generation, nurturing, scoring, onboarding and welcome to recovery and retention.
