Your primary responsibility will be to help grow the business by optimizing existing marketing tactics and developing new channels to reach our target audience. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate with a dedicated team of digital marketing experts, including SEO and PPC specialists, content strategists, copywriters, designers, engineers, and project managers. This role requires a deep dive into data analytics to optimize every step of the customer journey, ensuring that we not only attract but also convert potential customers. You will be expected to start quickly, leveraging your expertise to continue our current success while focusing on developing new marketing channels. Your impact will be significant as you develop comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies for each brand, including website content strategies, channel mixes, and campaign management. You will lead regular strategic syncs with your team to review core business metrics, plan initiatives, and identify growth opportunities. Your leadership will guide a cross-functional team, ensuring that all members are aligned with the overall marketing goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and reporting on key business indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly comprehensive marketing strategy for each brand, including website content strategy, channel mix, and campaign management.
  • Lead and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic syncs with specialists to review core business metrics and plan initiatives.
  • Execute marketing strategy by aligning specialists, production team members, and project managers to goals and action items.
  • Sustain marketing knowledge through continuous learning to remain relevant in the field.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer collaboration.
  • Lead a cross-functional digital marketing team focusing on execution, career growth, and development.
  • Set and communicate priorities for individual contributors that impact project deliverables.
  • Prioritize the work of the team, balancing long-term strategic objectives with new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project management, compliance, and financial analysts to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Review, analyze, and report on core business metrics, including total lead volume and gross margin before sales percentage.
  • Analyze data on real-time performance at a detailed level, including website traffic and marketing qualified leads.
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact working with Partner Strategy and clients, building collaborative relationships.
  • Implement Brand partner requests to keep website properties compliant.
  • Proactively share performance updates, new initiatives, opportunities, and roadblocks with internal and external client teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of digital marketing experience, with specific SEO or PPC experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience managing marketing teams is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organic search, paid search, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Understanding of media/funnel KPI definition and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Ads expertise.
  • Experience in User Experience and Conversion Rate Optimization is preferred but not required.
  • General business and financial literacy, particularly understanding of Profit and Loss statement drivers.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
  • Independent thinking and the ability to work with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, comfortable speaking to stakeholders and clients.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities preferred.
  • Quick, agile, analytical approach with an ability to think and operate with an '80/20' mentality.
