We are looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience for a full-time, hybrid position based in Boston. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing a multi-million-dollar digital media strategy and executing a large volume of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running paid campaigns across various ad platforms, including Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram. Additionally, the candidate should have experience managing influencer and content creator programs, as well as a proven track record in people management. The salary for this position is up to $120K, plus bonuses. In this role, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will manage all aspects of a sizable paid media program, which includes strategy development, budget planning and allocation, audience targeting, content development, campaign execution, and in-depth analysis. The candidate must understand the key inputs that influence paid media performance and proactively identify trends and opportunities within the social media platforms that are popular among Gen Z users. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for writing creative briefs and defining objectives and KPIs for creative teams to produce compelling messaging and creative assets that align with each paid media channel. A solid understanding of performance marketing and key metrics such as CPM, CVR, and CPA is essential. The candidate will own the analysis and reporting of multi-channel campaign execution and will be expected to communicate findings and actionable insights to internal team members. Furthermore, the role involves developing, launching, and overseeing A/B testing strategies, managing influencer outreach and content development programs, including identification and contract negotiation. Staying current on emerging trends, innovative technologies, and best practices is crucial to evolving our paid media and organic social media strategy continuously. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will also manage and develop two direct reports, providing strategic direction on their projects and supporting their professional development.
