About the position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the digital marketing strategy at one of the fastest-growing AI companies. You will be responsible for owning the budget and strategic execution of digital advertising across various platforms including Search, Social, Display, Video, and Podcast. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming Call Center operations with our real-time agent assist product and harnessing the power of AI with our comprehensive suite of post-call analytics and coaching tools. In this position, you will run our website conversion rate optimization program aimed at generating more demo requests and content downloads from key web pages. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Marketing Ops on data pipelines, campaign-level revenue reporting, and web development processes. You will also partner with the Demand Generation (DG) team to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting our key accounts within upmarket segments across the digital landscape. Your role will require alignment with creative and content teams to ensure the best-fit content for our audience, product positioning, and the post-click experience. Additionally, you will work with the Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to optimize processes, increase enablement, and achieve sales-qualified opportunity quotas. As a marketing leader in the organization, you will drive cross-functional projects that align with pipeline and revenue goals, sometimes extending beyond digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the budget and strategic execution of digital advertising across Search, Social, Display, Video, Podcast, etc.
  • Run the website conversion rate optimization program to generate more demo requests and content downloads from key web pages.
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops on data pipelines, campaign-level revenue reporting, and web development processes.
  • Partner with the DG team to execute ABM campaigns on target accounts within upmarket segments across the digital web.
  • Align with creative and content teams on best-fit content for the audience, product positioning, and the post-click experience.
  • Partner with the Inbound SDR team to optimize processes, increase enablement, and achieve sales-qualified opportunity quotas.
  • Drive cross-functional projects that align to pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of digital advertising experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
  • 4+ years of experience directly managing and growing a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings.
  • Ability to tie advertising spend and performance to sales pipeline results.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, and multi-touch attribution software.
