About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving aggressive growth targets. This position involves overseeing all digital marketing channels and collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to manage and optimize the company's MarTech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient campaign execution. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is integral to the marketing department's success. In this position, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with the overall objectives of the company. This includes managing and overseeing all digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as web, SEO, SEM, social media, and email. The manager will also administer and manage the company's web presence, specifically Flexe.com, and partner with the marketing team to create high-performing content activation strategies. Analyzing marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI will be a key responsibility. The manager will generate reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to stakeholders and stay ahead of the curve on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Additionally, the role encompasses marketing operations, where the manager will partner cross-functionally to capture technology and reporting needs for marketing initiatives. They will oversee the MarTech stack, ensuring seamless data integration and efficient tool utilization. Developing and implementing scalable processes for campaign development and governance, including SFDC campaign setup, managing forms, email templates, and data field mappings, will be essential. The manager will also train and educate the marketing and commercial teams on marketing tools and data analysis, as well as develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track progress towards goals and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Web, SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Administer and manage Flexe web presence (i.e., Flexe.com).
  • Partner with marketing team to develop high-performing content activation strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and achieve shared goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to capture technology and reporting needs for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the MarTech stack, ensuring seamless data integration and efficient tool utilization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing high-impact digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Extensive experience overseeing a marketing tech stack, including managing data between tools such as Pardot, SFDC, Leandata, 6sense, Zoominfo, Google Analytics and more.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Passion for data-driven decision making and a focus on measurable results.
  • Relevant BA/BS degree.
