About the position

Upside is seeking a high-caliber digital marketer to lead the implementation of digital campaigns across Retail sub-verticals. This role involves managing various digital marketing channels, overseeing budgets, and building cross-functional relationships to enhance campaign effectiveness. The position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and focuses on creating a solid pipeline for sales teams through effective campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple digital marketing channels including traditional, search, programmatic, direct, broadcast, and paid social.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient return on investment.
  • Focus on full funnel campaign activation, initially targeting the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with agencies, sales, product marketing, and content teams.
  • Oversee the growth campaign marketing calendar and coordinate campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ABM, digital campaigns, or integrated marketing.
  • Expert-level understanding of display ads, search, paid social, and digital trade media sponsorships.
  • Experience in creating coordinated marketing programs on both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies such as Rollworks, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, and/or B2B marketing.
