About the position

The Sr. Digital and Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Adyen is a strategic and analytical role focused on accelerating commercial success through innovative marketing programs. This senior individual contributor position requires a decade of experience in revenue marketing within an enterprise technology environment, supporting regional hyper growth. The role involves leading top-of-funnel and cross-industry marketing tactics, optimizing the prospect's experience throughout their buying journey, and collaborating with various teams to drive effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO and SEM.
  • Develop and manage digital and email lifecycle programs to engage prospects at every stage of their journey.
  • Execute targeted display advertising campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Own the regional web strategy, ensuring regular content updates and optimizing website performance.
  • Provide technical insights to enhance the prospect's experience during their buying journey.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and uncover strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement strategies that generate sales accepted opportunities.
  • Optimize lead handoff processes and refine target account lists with Revenue Operations teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on acquisition and lifecycle marketing in a B2B enterprise technology environment.
  • Deeply analytical mindset with familiarity in modern marketing and sales technologies such as Marketo, Contentful, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Looker, and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgets and spend management.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others on integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Passion for staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Ability to build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
