About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for Western Alliance Bank. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the bank's online presence, manage digital marketing campaigns, and oversee the digital marketing team. The manager will focus on optimizing performance through data analysis and will be responsible for managing third-party vendors and the digital marketing budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for the bank.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance marketing technology platforms.
• Oversee web, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising efforts.
• Assess and enhance the bank's brand and image online.
• Develop and manage KPIs for digital marketing channels.
• Conduct competitor research and provide regular reporting to the Digital Marketing Director.
• Manage third-party digital vendors and the digital marketing budget.
• Supervise and direct the activities of direct reports, including setting goals and performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications and Digital Marketing.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations.
• Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and marketing technology platforms.
• Experience managing a development team and leading release cycles.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Manager.
• Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences.
• Previous leadership experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CMS and social media tools.
