About the position

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for Western Alliance Bank. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the bank's online presence, manage digital marketing campaigns, and oversee the digital marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing the bank's brand image online and ensuring the organization remains a leader in digital marketing within the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance marketing technology platforms.
  • Oversee web, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Assess and enhance the bank's brand and image online.
  • Develop and manage KPIs for digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct competitor research and provide regular reporting to the Digital Marketing Director.
  • Manage third-party digital vendors and the digital marketing budget.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of direct reports, including performance appraisals and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of direct experience in Marketing & Communications and Digital Marketing.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience managing a development team and leading release cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CMS and social media tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
