About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Program Manager at Medtronic will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving growth in the surgical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and the ability to implement effective conversion strategies across various channels. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on digital marketing and data strategies to accelerate customer growth.
  • Define, plan, and build customer journeys to drive lead conversions for hospital administrators, c-suite, and patient audiences.
  • Own channel reporting and present data in an actionable manner to communicate results and challenges.
  • Analyze metrics and suggest solutions to increase conversion and awareness based on KPIs.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer attitudes and behaviors to provide segmentation and personalization in marketing communications.
  • Build detailed content journeys and trigger points for campaigns aligned with the customer journey map.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal guidelines, and inbox deliverability health.
  • Influence across functions and businesses to gain cooperation and balance divergent objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a Master's degree.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing strategies, email marketing, or marketing automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Extensive digital marketing and communications experience, ideally in both agency and client settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with managing and editing photos and resources (e.g., Adobe).
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Google).

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategies, email marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
