About the position

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Vascular at Teleflex is responsible for driving customer engagement and lead generation through impactful digital marketing campaigns. This role involves extensive collaboration across various departments to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and optimize performance through analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and recommend adjustments to the strategy based on performance metrics.
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Create text copy for digital platforms, ensuring accuracy in claims and consistency in messaging.
  • Track and report on KPIs for digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
  • Plan and oversee budgets for dedicated digital marketing projects and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing automation with enterprise-level solutions such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot
  • Experience with content management systems and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills: adept at analyzing and interpreting digital campaign results
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills: capable of managing multiple projects both independently and as part of cross-functional teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience with content management systems, PPC advertising tools, and analytics platforms
  • Proficient in using CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and Salesforce
  • Understanding of digital design principles, best practices, and various digital file formats and applications
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with working HTML and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
