About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at MJH Life Sciences is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through various advertising platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for SEM strategies, ensuring effective targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the management of programmatic advertising platforms, if applicable, to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Support the development of marketing reports and presentations to communicate results and strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
